    @stitchera
    I agree …

    @stitchera
    I agree with grostim, If it was free through download and you were truly interested in getting more customers you wouldn’t make your product so out of reach. A download link would be greatly appreciated. I do like how your product looks from what i have seen and would like an opportunity to try it out, is there any way you can link a free Stitch Era Universal or at least a trial version?

    I did not get it …
    I did not get it from a down load but I did get it for a penny. Now I haven’t figured it out yet so i am thrilled to find these videos… It was well worth my penny

    So we can say, …
    So we can say, design a picture in Photoshop, then use your program to get the design to the embroidery machine? I’m sorry, I’m an amateur.

    So far I have found …
    So far I have found it to be what it is advertised to be. I am slowly learning how to use it. I was the user of the Husqvarna 4D Professional Embroidery Sys. So, yes, I am use to less hinderance but this is great as a substitute. Will eventually switch up to the ad free Professional software but for now this is a great way to continue my endeavors. Thanks so much, Sierra!

    There are thousands …
    There are thousands of users who agreed with the term FREE, and maybe there are many others who consider it is not free because it has advertisement and some limitations. The fact is that a lot of users have got Stitch Era Universal software through download, and are currently using it to produce as many embroidery designs as they want, exporting to different machine formats and making money with it; and the price they’ve paid for this profitable tool is amazingly u$s 0.00.

    I do not agree with …
    I do not agree with the answer. It is not free if you can’t download it freely from anywhere and without limitations and advertisements.
    I guess it is obvious when the site include the word “FREE” it is really about getting you to buy the “pro” version. I am sorry, the software may be good, but it is not good PR to let you know it is free when it is not easy to get hold of.

    Stitch Era …
    Stitch Era Universal is FREE and it is available through DOWNLOAD. Some dealers offer to download from their websites.
    the download version is the same program, but doesn’t include the introductory video tutorial.

    It also has a limit …
    It also has a limit of 40K stitches. I guess that would be ok if you are not doing anything very intrciate or large. I know one situation where we had a large single letter that was well of 40K stitches. Of course, you couold create multiple designs and then use another software to combine them.

    Yes, must be …
    Yes, must be connected. No, there’s no download available, you can only get it through an Authorized Dealer. Ads are static banners, and yes, they’re embroidery related as shown at the 0:17 mark of the above video.

    Must I be connected …
    Must I be connected to the internet to use your software? Will there be a download available? Are the ads all embroidery related?

    To clear some …
    To clear some confusion, which I’m not sure where it came from in the first place… 1) software DOES NOT have a trial period; you install, it runs, simple as that; 2) you can SAVE on the native format, as I hope all software would let you do, AND also on many stitch formats: DST, EXP, PES, HUS, XXX, VIP, PCS, etc; 3) it’s available through Authorized Dealers only, hence no download, and yes, you do pay S&H or whatever offer that Dealer has; 4) video tutorial has interactive texts but no audio

    this is not …
    this is not correct. the software or designs never time out. you can use them in the software forever.

    Good luck . . . you …
    Good luck . . . you can’t download it! You have to make a trip to an authorized dealer to pick it up. Don’t think they realize that not everyone lives within 5 miles of a sewing center. PLEASE . . . let us know what you tink of it though. Thanks!

    The software looks …
    The software looks very promissing but for some reason I have no audio.
    I’ll let you know later the results of my “test.”
